PRODUCT DESIGN FOR THE ENVIRONMENT

On the first day of Fashion Weekend Skopje Tosheva moderated a panel about how products can honor, restore, and regenerate nature.

Local examples like biodegradable tights with aloe vera, jewelry made from e-waste, the process of 3d designs in our factories for sustainable product development, student project of reusing denim, business model of using textile waste and civic initiatives for cleaner city were presented.

The purpose of this event was to inspire, learn something more from each other and find a way to change this, from fragmented practices to a full movement for change.

#NoWasteMK is a fusion of physical and virtual activities, realized through a grant from the Circular Design Assembly awarded by the British Council, with facilitation from the Ellen MacArthur Foundation and British Council North Macedonia support.
