Empowering Women at Idrizovo: Reintegration and Skill Development

We are beginning a collaboration with the women’s department at the Idrizovo Correctional Facility, where we will work together on:

🔹 Training programs
🔹 Finished products

The goal of the initiative is to provide them with new, practical skills that will make them more competitive in the labor market and help them reintegrate into society with a reduced risk of recidivism. Through the creative process, their personal development will be encouraged, leading to increased self-confidence and a sense of fulfillment. This will lay the foundation for a social enterprise at the Idrizovo Correctional Facility, which will be self-sustaining, provide economic independence to the incarcerated individuals there, and offer long-term prospects for a better life after their release.
